Artifai is an AI-powered Shopify application that allows users to generate custom artwork and preview it on print-on-demand products.

Challenge



The challenge was building a seamless AI art generation experience within Shopify while allowing users to customise and preview artwork across multiple products before purchase.


Goal



Develop a scalable web application that integrates AI image generation with Shopify and print-on-demand services, giving users full control over creating, editing, and purchasing personalised products.

Additional



Additional features included artwork variation generation, live product previews, image positioning and scaling tools, order automation, and integration with third-party fulfilment services.


Infrastructure



The platform was built using Node.js and MongoDB, with AWS EC2 hosting the application and AWS S3 handling image storage and delivery. Shopify Liquid was used for front-end integration and custom storefront functionality.
